![]() or filling the ocean with dirt :/ If it can't be fixed, something that disables squid entirely would also be useful. ![]() cofh killall squid works just for a second and then it's back to spam-spawn We tried Squidless by /u/hilburn - didn't help (according to the author it doesn't affect the instantly spawning-despawning squids) We are running a custom 1.7.10 pack with Forge 1236. When I managed to get down from the tower I noticed squids spawning and despawning rapidly in the water besides the tower and the client was so frozen that I had to disconnect it from the server. When we try to climb the tower above y=180 the client is starting to lag, the minimap's entities radar (ReisMinimap unofficial) gets filled with blinking dots (squids in the water) that spawn further than 128 blocks (bug) from us and get despawned instantly per vanilla spawning rules. In addition to these doors, it also adds several other features that help the player manipulate reality, forming rifts, linking dimensions, and even sending them to places they really should have never been. We built a tower to launch hang gliders off that's situated above a beach/ocean biome. This mod adds doors to Minecraft that open up to individual pocket Dimensions. ![]() Also the server CPU load is about tripled for the duration of the effect. In singleplayer and on a local/LAN server this is less pronounced, but on a capped WAN connection it makes the game grind to a complete halt (0-5 fps through spamming SpawnMob packets). The bug is MC-43980 and I can reproduce it any time in 1.7.10 (and also in 1.6.4 but that's a different story). We need a hint to a mod that can help us work around it. We are suffering from a vanilla bug on my friend's server.
